Is it just an ordinary Duvet, or?

At first glance, it might seem so. But a regular Duvet isn’t made to work on its own. It has visible channel seams holding the filling, with fairly rough and simple stitching along the edges. The outer fabric isn’t designed to be close to the body either. That’s usually how it is. It more or less needs a duvet cover. In a Folkness-Duvet, you get fine organic cotton percale right against your skin, with GOTS and Oeko-Tex.

Folkness-Duvet is a two-in-one Duvet – a blend of Duvet and duvet cover. Designed to work smoothly so Folkness Duvets is handled as easily as possible, while looking just like a regular duvet cover. For example, everything is sewn together, so the Duvet never shifts inside the cover – it always lies flat and even all the way to the edges.

Fit

What you don’t see

The filling is made of polyester (hollow fiber). For proper function and the shortest drying time possible, a thin microfiber layer keeps the filling in place instead of thick or multiple layers of dense fabric.

How do I wash my Folkness duvet?

Place your Folkness-Duvet in the washing machine.
Use a regular cycle, up to 60 degrees.

Put the duvet in the dryer, or hang to dry -->
Hang the duvet to air dry on a drying rack or similar. Drying usually takes about 5–6 hours depending on ventilation and airflow.
