Refund policy

You always have a 60-day right of withdrawal with us and it starts to apply from the day you receive your product. The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened original packaging. If you have opened the packaging, a return procedure applies, which you can read more about below.

When you have received your item, you are of course allowed to open and inspect it. If you still want to make a return, it must be sent to us unused and in new condition. Duvet and pillowcases are hygiene items, and Folkness reserves the right to make a depreciation deduction of up to the total order value if the product has been used to a greater extent than necessary during inspection.
Please use the same packaging in which it was delivered when returning.
