We deliver with DHL and PostNord, to pickup points or parcel lockers.
Small shipments can also be sent as merchandise letters.
You can choose your preferred option and pickup point or parcel locker at checkout.

Home delivery is available as an option with both DHL and PostNord for an additional fee.

Europe
We deliver with DHL Parcel Connect. Once we have packed and sent your products, DHL takes over the contact. Depending on the country you order from, you will have different delivery options. Delivery can be made to your home or to service points.

Sweden
Delivery to pickup points or parcel lockers is free.

If you want home delivery, there is an extra charge, which you will see at checkout.

Europe
Delivery with Parcel Connect is free.

We always do our best to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. Usually, we ship the same day or the day after you place your order. On occasions when we have sales or similar promotions, the delivery time may be longer.

You always have a 60-day right of withdrawal with us, starting from the day you receive your product. The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened original packaging. If you have opened the packaging, a return procedure applies, which you can read more about below.

When you receive your item, you may open and inspect it. If you still want to return it, it should be unused and in like-new condition. Duvet and pillowcases are considered hygiene items, and Folkness reserves the right to deduct up to the total order value if the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection.
Please use the original packaging if possible. Contact us at hello@folkness.com if you want to make a return. We do this to help you send the products back in the best way, and if needed, we can send you new packaging. We do not charge any return fees.

Return fee is 10 EUR

If you don’t collect your package(s) from the pickup point on time, they will be automatically returned to us. We will then charge you for this cost, as it involves an increased fee from our carrier. We do not add any extra fees; you will only cover the actual cost from the carrier. This cost varies depending on the size of the shipment. Currently, including all fees, the cost ranges from 129 SEK up to 199 SEK per package. We will adjust this through your chosen payment method.
